Organic frozen yogurt from Beverly Hills, now in Ginza.
SNO:LA PHILOSOPHY
Frozen yogurt is not a trend.
For Sno:la, it is a craft.
Taste. Quality. Sustainability.
These principles have guided Sno:la from the beginning.
From the start in Beverly Hills, we believed that the finest frozen yogurt comes from balance — organic milk, live cultures, and ingredients selected for both purity and flavor.
Thoughtful by Design
When the first Sno:la store opened in Beverly Hills, the space reflected the same environmentally conscious philosophy.
Materials included:
- Bagasse cups made from sugarcane fibers
- Biodegradable spoons derived from corn and potato starch
- Countertops crafted from recycled computer chips
- Recycled wood and soy-based paints used throughout the store
Craft Above All
Yet above everything else, our priority is taste.
True quality comes from careful craftsmanship and attention to every detail.

BEVERLY HILLS ORIGIN
Born in Beverly Hills
Perfected in California
Sno:la began in Beverly Hills on Beverly Drive, just steps from Rodeo Drive — the famous street known for high fashion and luxury boutiques.
Our carefully crafted frozen yogurt was created for a city known for elegance and a passion for fine food and desserts.
Sno:la quickly attracted a loyal following — from Beverly Hills High School students to visitors from the worlds of film, television, and media.
The City of Beverly Hills later recognized Sno:la for its commitment to sustainability.
The story was featured in a 15-minute segment on CNN Headline News, where the Mayor of Beverly Hills spoke about Sno:la as an example of the city’s environmentally responsible businesses.
What began as a small frozen yogurt boutique soon became part of the local community and a reflection of California’s fresh and creative food culture.
CALIFORNIA COMMUNITY
California’s food culture celebrates freshness, creativity, and a close connection to local farmers and artisans.
From the beginning, Sno:la naturally became part of this dynamic community.
Sno:la supported local initiatives such as the Slow Food movement and participated in a number of outdoor events across California.
Sno:la also became part of the Los Angeles farmers market community, participating in a number of markets across the region, including the renowned Santa Monica Farmers Market — known for its rigorous standards and dedication to local agriculture and artisan food producers, a distinction requiring documentation and formal approval under strict standards.
These experiences helped establish Sno:la as a beloved Beverly Hills frozen yogurt boutique with deep ties to the local community.
